Continuing development of yoga postures including longer holding. Moving into Stage 2 Kripalu yoga. |

For more experienced practitioners. Additional challenging postures, longer holding, and strengthening. |

Gentle Yoga |
A beginning class for people recovering from injuries or surgery, those with arthritis or fibromyalgia, and students with muscle or joint pain or inflexibility. |

Pre-Natal |
A class designed specifically for expectant mothers that includes breathing
and relaxation techniques, gentle stretches, and strengthening postures. |
